Multi-show Terms
50% (of first show's cost) NON-REFUNDANBLE deposit due with signed contract; remaining balance (50%) due first day of show. On all subsequent shows, 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due 30 days from ship date; remaining balance (50%) due first day of show.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation of a signed contract, Exhibitwares will withhold the 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due at the original contract signing.

Payment Options
Credit Card or Electronic Funds Transfer ONLY.

Rush Charges
Rush charges will be applied on any signed contract inside of 14 days from first day of show are as follows: T1 package - $750; T2 package - $1000; T3 package - $1500

Rush Charges for Graphic Services
Up-charge of 50% per graphic for orders 4-14 days from first day of show. No orders accepted inside of 4 days from first day of show. $65/hr additional design time if files need to be manipulated. To avoid necessary file manipulation by Exhibitwares, please reference our graphic specifications sheet.
